Critérium du Dauphiné 2026 - Stage 6

07.06-14.06

Maxim Van Gils won the mountain stage to Côte de Crest-Voland after a strong attack from the early break, while teammate Luke Tuckwell surprisingly took the yellow leader’s jersey. The race was split open early by a large front group that contained none of the main GC contenders, forcing Decathlon CMA CGM to chase all day for Paul Seixas. On the final climb, Seixas and Isaac del Toro gained time on rivals like Matteo Jorgenson and Juan Ayuso, but Tuckwell now leads the overall standings by 1:12 over Bruno Armirail.
