There are 21 teams scheduled to line up, each with seven riders, making for a peloton of 147 riders. The start list features 13 UCI WorldTour teams alongside eight ProTeams: Tudor Pro Cycling, Unibet Rose Rockets, Team Polti Visit Malta, Team Flanders-Baloise, Pinarello Q36.5, MBH Bank CSB Telecom Fort, Cofidis and Caja Rural.

Other notable names on the start list include Alberto Dainese of Soudal Quick-Step, Søren Wærenskjold of Uno-X Mobility, Tom Crabbe of Flanders-Baloise and Sam Bennett of Pinarello Q36.5.
