Stage two covers 206 km and finishes with a challenging uphill finale on gravel roads in San Gimignano. After early climbing and a long flat middle section, the terrain becomes more rolling toward the finish. The final five kilometres take place on gravel and rise steeply toward the line, with gradients reaching fourteen percent near the end. The demanding surface and steep slopes favour punchy riders and could already create noticeable gaps in the general classification.
