2026 Gran Piemonte start list: Defending champion Del Toro returns

The 2026 edition of Gran Piemonte takes place on Thursday 8 October, with defending champion Isaac del Toro headlining the field.

24 teams will take part in the 2026 Gran Piemonte, including 15 WorldTour teams. The three absent WorldTour teams are Decathlon CMA CGM, Soudal Quick-Step and Visma | Lease a Bike.

The fifteen WorldTour teams are joined by nine ProTeams: Bardiani CSF 7 Saber, Caja Rural-Seguros RGA, Cofidis, MBH Bank CSB Telecom Fort, Pinarello-Q36.5, Solution Tech Nippo Rail, Polti VisitMalta, Tudor and Unibet Rose Rockets. 

Defending champion Isaac del Toro returns for UAE Team Emirates-XRG as he builds towards Il Lombardia, alongside World Champion Brandon McNulty who also features for the Emirati team.
